THEATER
Since I was in eighth grade, I have taken on a number of different roles in school plays, including light crew, sound crew, an onstage role, costume design and manager.
MIDDLE SCHOOL PLAY MANAGER
For the past two years, I have worked as a manager for Watkinson's middle school plays. This role includes running rehearsals, taking care of the logistics, helping with props and sets and managing everything backstage during the shows. Last year, we did "Charlotte's Web" and this year we are working on "Anne of Green Gables". Of all of the positions I have taken in plays, this is one of my favorite roles.
COSTUME DESIGN
During this year's winter trimester, I worked as a costume designer for the school musical, "Hello Dolly". My main role during this position was hats, and I made around 15 hats for the show. I also worked with dresses and accessories in order to fit them with the time period.
